5 Ways Entrepreneurs Like eBrochures for Engaging Screenagers

eBrochures are a fast, easy way for entrepreneurs to share and interact with customers to build brand communities of Engaging Screenagers and eBrochures are easily made with Google Forms and can be used with Mobile Devices.
In my blog Yesterday I wrote about adopting marketing ideas and using eWorkbooks in the classroom.
A friend from my digital marketing training course asked me if/how Entrepreneurs can use marketing principles and eWorkbook tools to engage their customers.
The #1 reason I write this blog is to share engagement values with those who want to learn how to better engage in our distracting world.

The one of the foundation priorities of that engagement focus are Engaging Screenagers as living it this screenage we all show tendencies of Engaging Screenagers.
Having said that, I’ve found that the group that earned the Screenagers name, will change (or shape if you like) the world of engagement marketing more than any other group that we have seen so far.
I am not talking about a generation x or y, millennials, or others.
I am talking about the new technology and how those who are younger, due to their lack of attachment to tradition, are leading (shaping) change in how we live (share, communicate, buy, etc.) with mobile devices.
Being a University instructor as the smartphone was coming into mass use, I was spending 40-60 hours a week with almost 3000 teenage students all in one giant campus building.
Because of my passion (research, practice, training, coaching, etc.) for engagement and innovating for engagement, I could see (back then) how much of an influence/game changer these smartphones were going to be in our world.
With the persuasion of my good friend, Dr Mark, I have come out of university to share the tools, techniques, benefits, and values of mobile device engagement with parents, teachers, business, sales managers, and yes, entrepreneurs.
Today I will repeat several ideas I blogged yesterday and will use an innovation tool I teach to translate the ideas for entrepreneurs, so thanks for learning from the comparison.
Based on the volatileuncertaincomplex, and ambiguous world we live in, entrepreneurs need all the collaboration they can get.
A few days ago I read a B2B marketing article by Sean Callahan on LinkedIn, and it reminded me how I teach these engagement tools to entrepreneurs to help their marketing in terms of relating, inspiring, motivating, and collaborating.
I’ve spent 25 studying optimal engagement focusing on customer service sales, marketing, and most important (for me) of all learners in the training classroom.

By observing, practicing, surveying, and using tracking and monitoring eBrochures in my courses and training many other entrepreneurs, we’ve developed a few high value takeaway practices the help greatly.
1) Like: According to Sean, Instead of drily explaining your products and services, think of how to tell a compelling story, and a good example is my one of my LinkedIn connections, Leza Parker.
Most every day Leza shares a part of her compelling story, and her story inspires readers as well as builds trust in investors and customers alike.
As an entrepreneur invite your loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) to crowdsource with eBrochures (Google Forms for mobile devices) and build your brand community(optimal engagement)
Ask your loyal Engaging Screenagers to curate examples, images, or videos to illustrate each benefit of working with you, and use so it’s convenient for them.
Give loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) eBrochures with a few survey questions and interactive tasks thatencourage them to share your story in relation to their (your customers’ interests,) (i.e. get them to share how your story content came alive for them.)
2) Like: As Sean says, think of channels of media you use as part of your bigger picture—let multiple channels work together to guide your loyal customer (think Engaging Screenagers) collaboration with your brand story.
In the past, businesses and marketers would produce a video and upload it, and then they would hope for the best.
Nowadays, you can add links to media or even include videos, for example, in your eBrochures so customers can rewatch (on their mobile devices) sections they want for more detail and have much more rich discussions with your brand community. (optimal engagement)

This crowdsource sharing can turn into currency that shows what your loyal customers like and trust about your company.
3) Like: Use eBrochures to listen (listening to customers is a key point according to Sean) to your loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) to give them learning, information, products, and services in the way they want these things.
Often now, we as entrepreneurs, want to provide products and services in a way that is quite different from how our loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) want products and services.
Also, with eBrochures you can encourage loyal customers to relate your story to their own interests, as this can be a great way to bring your compelling story to life for both your current and potential customers and investors. (optimal engagement)
With your loyal customer sharing, you will learn more (often more than you want to hear) than ever before, and that learning could be what you need to take your company to the next level.
4) Like: Sean reminds to remember internal marketing with internal stakeholders.
Sean says to establish firm commitments with all stakeholders for new initiatives (and isn’t everything new with entrepreneurs) within your organization before releasing your loyal customer (think Engaging Screenagers) (or investor)-facing messaging.
When I first started using eBrochures, my loyal clients reacted quite differently than my colleagues at the university who didn’t want to change (junk engagement).
My clients thought they were unique and liked the idea they could specifically let me know what they wanted and needed. (optimal engagement)
As some clients didn’t respond to my eBrochures, this gave me an excellent opportunity to contact them and (sometimes) rebuild the trust relationship they wanted to feel to give feedback in their eBrochures. (optimal engagement)
5) Like: Sean mentioned you can think of your story and the value you give as an entrepreneur in the larger context of the relationship experience—how will your loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) lives be better?
Also, think how can they share their experiences with others to continue sharing your brand story or building your brand community?
When creating your eBrochures ask yourself,
  • What are my loyal customers inspired to do after they interact with my eBrochure?
  • What will excite my loyal customers to curate their own images, examples, or videos?
  • What will motivate my loyal customers to continue and even finish watching my YouTube watch list, or read my blog, or share my post, or submit their own post?
  • What hooks can compel my loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) to collaborate and interact within my story and brand community? (optimal engagement)
Remember, all day every day, the marketing world spends time thinking about how to attract your loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) attention and get them to take action that takes away from your story.
What I am saying is you, as an entrepreneur, can combine eBrochures with what you learn from the tools marketers use to attract and motivate your loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers), to build your powerful brand.
One last reminder: Whenever your loyal customers (think Engaging Screenagers) interact with your brand, your brand story, or your brand community, they experience Moments of Growth, and by reminding them of that growth with eBrochures, you can build more loyalty.
Entrepreneurs, can't you see yourselves building powerful brand communities using eBrochures to learn from Engaging Screenagers who are leading change in our world?
Don’t you want to know so much more about your loyal customers that they want to belong to your brand community and share your brand story?
Wouldn’t it be a shame if (like 80% of start-ups) your venture went under simply because you didn’t adopt free, easy to use eBrochures for your company?

Engage with eBrochures—build your powerful brand community.
